Our Structure

Emera (Caribbean) Incorporated (ECI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Emera Inc. of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Its holdings include:

• The Barbados Light & Power Co. Ltd. (wholly owned); 
• Grand Bahama Power Company (wholly owned);
• A 19.1% interest in St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited; and
• Emera Caribbean Renewables Limited (wholly owned).
